Los Panchos, a haven for surf enthusiasts, harmonizes with its lush coastal setting. Its organic architecture, characterized by curved walls and fluid volumes, seamlessly blends vernacular and contemporary styles. The project comprises three buildings with fifteen luxury residences, featuring private garages, communal amenities, and verdant green spaces. Ground-floor units offer semi-public gardens, while upper levels boast panoramic sea and Sierra Madre views. Embodying environmental stewardship, Los Panchos stands as a beacon of luxury living integrated with nature in the Saladita community.
